Yes, our bags come with 1-warranty on every luggage and bag covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear & tear, or accidents. If you get a damaged product, replace or return it immediately. 

Yes, you can return the bag immediately if you are not satisfied. But you can return it only if it arrives damaged. Read our return policy here. We offer an 11-day return and replacement policy. Read the terms and conditions before ordering.

Taking care of a leather bag is important to maintain its shine. Here are some tips:

• Wipe it gently with a soft or dry cloth to remove dust. 
• Use leather conditioner from time to time to keep the shine of the leather. Don’t use soap or other chemicals, as they may damage leather. 
• Keep the bag in a dry place, and if it's wet, make it dry and keep it in mild sun to remove moisture. 
• Keep it in a dust bag when not in use.
