We offer domestic warranty coverage for the following product categories:
- 6 Months - 1 Year - Brand Exclusive Warranty.
- Customer Support – Lifetime after-sales service.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is valid within India. It does not cover wear and tear from regular use, accidental damage, or improper handling.
2. What Is Covered?
- Stitching defects
- Faulty zippers or buttons
- Leather quality issues related to manufacturing
- Internal lining defects (non-user caused)
3. What Is Not Covered?
The warranty is void under the following conditions:
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or rough handling
- Exposure to water, fire, or chemicals
- Physical damage from accidents or natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products not purchased from authorized dealers or the official website
4. Warranty Service Process
If your product qualifies for warranty service:

- We will arrange pickup of the item through our logistics partner (subject to serviceable area).
- Repair Time: 2–4 working days (depending on the defect).
- Return: The product will be shipped back after repair.
Note: In-transit shipping time depends on your location (pincode).
5. Shipping Terms
- In most cases, pickup and return shipping are free.
- Additional charges may apply in non-serviceable or remote areas.
- The item must be properly packed to avoid transit damage.
- Please ensure the product is completely empty before sending.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings sent along.
