Quite amazing

Everything of the product was ok and nice.I loved it. But when it comes to the durability of the hooks of the strap.. They are not at all brass or any strong alloy which can resist pressure of the bag. A little load and the clips(hooks) will break. In some reviews, I have seen the same problem with the breakage of the hooks. I thought they have broken it by themselves. But now I also suffered from this problem.I liked the product so much because of its look and sturdiness. But only one thing HF are not focusing is the quality of the hooks and chains. Please HF improvise the quality of the hooks and chains.. Otherwise in future also there will be a lot of returns and complaints. Please take it seriously and manufacture duarable and strong hooks and chains in order to provide fully satisfied customers...
